Description of the ‘House on Archila Mepe 3’ complex
The residential complex at 3 Archila Mepe Street in Tbilisi is a development where modern construction technologies are combined with well-thought-out architecture, creating one of the most attractive residential developments in the Georgian capital. The complex comprises two 13-storey blocks: Block B was already commissioned in 2024, а Block A is currently under construction scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026. The building was constructed using monolithic construction methods, and the ceiling heights in the flats reach 3 metres, which, combined with the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, creates a sense of space and floods the rooms with natural light.
The complex’s infrastructure is designed with safety and everyday comfort in mind: it features a gated, secure area with round-the-clock CCTV surveillance, underground and surface car parks, retail space on the ground floors, as well as a barrier-free environment for people with reduced mobility. High-quality materials have been used in the fit-out of the communal areas, whilst the silent lifts ensure comfortable travel between floors. Flats are available in the following formats "black frame" or "green frame", which allows future owners to implement bespoke design solutions at various stages of completion.
