MGZG Development

MGZG Development — a young Georgian property development company, registered in 2023 and specialising in the construction of residential complexes on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, particularly in Kobuleti and Batumi. Despite having only recently entered the market, the company is already implementing a project in Kobuleti and is focused on creating affordable housing in resort locations, capitalising on their proximity to the sea and well-developed local infrastructure. The company is registered in Batumi, and its office is located in the area around Petre Bagrationi Street..
