Description of the "Adjara View" complex

Adjara View — is an intimate, gated development comprising 26 two-storey townhouses, situated in the southern part of Batumi, in the Airport district. Unlike the usual high-rise new-build developments, the project offers a ‘villa’ style with private balconies and open-plan layouts, making it a rare proposition on the city’s property market. The gated complex features a swimming pool, a fitness area, a children’s play area and exercise equipment, whilst outside there is an open-air car park for residents. It initially made a name for itself as a main contractor on complex monolithic projects, including the 230-metre-tall Alliance Centropolis skyscraper, where over 60,000 m³ of concrete was poured over a two-year period.
