DB-HOLDING

DB-HOLDING — a construction and property development company from Adjara, founded in 2023 and based in Batumi. It initially made a name for itself as a main contractor on complex monolithic projects, including the 230-metre-tall Alliance Centropolis skyscraper, where over 60,000 m³ of concrete was poured over a two-year period. This experience in high-rise and infrastructure construction laid the foundations for the company’s own property development project — the Adjara View private villa club, where the company now acts not as a contractor but as a full-cycle property developer.

DB-HOLDING’s portfolio comprises a mix of public sector contracts and private residential projects. The company has fully constructed and handed over a 1,800 m² nursery, carried out drainage works at the rugby stadium in Chakvi, and is currently constructing a spa complex in Makhuntseti and a three-storey entertainment centre in Batumi. This background enables the developer to monitor quality and deadlines at every stage — from the structural work to the final finishes — which is particularly important for projects in the premium segment.
