Description of the "Blox Krtsanisi" complex

Blox Krtsanisi — is a modern residential complex situated in the quiet and safe neighbourhood of Krtsanisi, on the site of the former Swiss embassy. The complex comprises two low-rise buildings, four and five storeys high respectively, built using reliable monolithic-frame construction technology. The following was invested in the project 50 million lari, and it is entirely focused on creating an environmentally friendly and cosy living environment.

The complex’s infrastructure has been designed with comfort and safety in mind: the well-maintained, landscaped grounds feature children’s play areas, cycle paths and relaxation areas. Residents have access to a fitness centre, underground car park, as well as 24-hour security, CCTV and a concierge service.
