Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa by Archi

Le Méridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa by Archi — is Georgia’s first five-star mountain resort, situated on the picturesque shores of the Sioni Reservoir. The project, led by leading Georgian property developer Archi, is being carried out in partnership with the international brand Le Méridien, which forms part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. The resort complex comprises a five-star hotel, aparthotels and private villas, creating a space for leisure, living and investment. This large-scale project, covering a total area of 15 hectares, is situated at an altitude of 1,100 metres above sea level.

The complex’s infrastructure has been thought through down to the smallest detail and meets the highest European Alpine standards. Guests and residents have access to: indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a total area of 2,500 m², a water park with a thermal pool, and a 3,000 m² spa and wellness centre with a fitness studio. There are five restaurants, bars and cafés on the premises. For active leisure, there are tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and football pitches, as well as padel courts, a fishing area, an ice rink, a zip line, as well as a three-kilometre-long lakeside promenade with footpaths and cycle paths. A banquet hall seating 550 people, complete with conference rooms and a terrace, is available for events. The facilities are rounded off by a helipad, an indoor ice rink, an open-air cinema and an amphitheatre. Archi Hospitality manages the letting of the flats on behalf of the owners.
