Solnishka is a campsite of six townhouses in the airport area

The Solnishka project by Turkish developer BSRCE (a merger of BEŞİROĞLU GRUP and CE YAPI with a combined experience of more than ten years) offers a rare format of chamber living: just six three-storey townhouses located in two lines at 212b Airport Highway. The name of the project translates as "sunshine", and this mood is evident in the architecture: laconic facades in a calm colour scheme, large panoramic windows, and some of them, overlooking the parking area, are made in an unusual round shape. Ceiling height reaches 3.3 metres, and quality noise and thermal insulation ensures comfort even with the proximity of the airport, which is less than a kilometre away.
