Description of the "Terrace Kiacheli" complex
Kiacheli Terrace — is a unique eight-storey residential complex situated in the very heart of Tbilisi on Leo Kiacheli Street. The project’s main feature is its spacious open-air terraces, which offer panoramic views of the city and the Kuru River. The building was constructed using monolithic frame technology with high-quality materials manufactured in Europe: the façades are clad with Roben bricks and Knauf plaster, and Schuco aluminium windows have been fitted. The complex includes commercial premises, and on the second floor there is a 400 m² courtyard with a children’s play area and a sports area.
The flats at Terrace Kiacheli are offered as ‘green frame’ units with ceiling heights of 3.1 metres. The complex comprises 38 flats. An underground car park is provided for residents, whilst the management and maintenance of the complex are handled by a specialist company.
