The company's flagship project is a resort of the same name Petra Sea Resort, a large-scale multifunctional complex located on the first coastline in the exclusive location of Tsikhisdziri, 15 kilometres from Batumi. The scale of the project is amazing: 20 hectares of land, more than 40 buildings and over 5000 residential units. It is noteworthy that this is the first complex of this scale in Georgia, which is fully master-planned, i.e. its infrastructure and concept are designed as a whole.

The company stakes on maximum reliability and profitability for investors. A key decision was the involvement of an international operator in the management of the entire resort Valor Hospitality Partners (USA). This is the first case in Georgia when professional hotel and rental pool management is fully outsourced to a global expert, which guarantees a high level of service and stable passive income for apartment owners. In addition, the project is implemented in partnership with a global hotel giant Accorwhich is opening branded residences in the resort area Pullman - for the first time on the Black Sea coast of Georgia.
