Pullman Living & Residences Batumi — this is Georgia’s first branded complex operating under an international hotel brand Pullman (part of the Accor group), situated in the resort area Chikihiziri, on the Black Sea coast, between Batumi and Kobuleti. The project is being carried out as part of a large-scale resort development Petra Sea Resort and comprises two sections: Pullman Residences (25 storeys, private flats ranging from studios to three-bedroom flats and penthouses) and Pullman Living (23 storeys, 248 investment residences and hotel rooms, fully furnished and ready to be handed over to the operator). The complex is designed to accommodate a total of 421 Residence with panoramic sea views. An international company is responsible for managing the building, the communal areas and the rental portfolio VALOR HOSPITALITY, which ensures hotel-standard service and professional support for investors.

The main driving force behind the Petra Sea Resort property developer is the development group Petra GroupThe company is one of the largest players in the Georgian resort property market. Their approach is to create independent world-class resorts combining international branded hotels, luxury residences and developed recreational infrastructure. The company's flagship project is a resort of the same name Petra Sea Resort, a large-scale multifunctional complex located on the first coastline in the exclusive location of Tsikhisdziri, 15 kilometres from Batumi. The scale of the project is amazing: 20 hectares of land, more than 40 buildings and over 5000 residential units. It is noteworthy that this is the first complex of this scale in Georgia, which is fully master-planned, i.e. its infrastructure and concept are designed as a whole.
