A practical one-bedroom flat in the Bagrationi area

🏡 General information:
We would like to draw your attention to — One-bedroom flat (one-room flat) total area 40,9 м² (residential - 35.6 m²) in a new 33-storey residential complex House at 12a–20, 1st Angis Lane in the neighbourhood Bagrationi, Batumi. The flat is being let in the form of ‘black frame’: The structures have been erected and the utilities connected, but the layout and finishing touches are left to the owner’s discretion — you create a space tailored to your own needs and avoid paying over the odds for someone else’s renovation. The complex is scheduled for handover on The fourth quarter of 2030.

📐 Layout and benefits:
The layout includes a spacious living room (35.6 m²), which can easily be divided into a sleeping area and a living area, a separate kitchen enough space for a dining set, bathroom и balcony (according to the plans). The ceiling height reaches 3 metres, whilst panoramic windows with energy-efficient double glazing flood the room with light and offer views of the city and the sea. The efficient layout eliminates ‘blind’ corners and unnecessary corridors — every metre is designed with comfort in mind. If you wish, you can create a walk-in wardrobe or a home office. With the ‘shell’ option, you receive a fully fitted structural framework and can focus on the design.
