Description of the ‘Reside Select’ complex

Reside Select — is a 19-storey residential complex that sets a new standard for the centre of Batumi: not just a high-rise, but a thoughtfully designed environment for living and investment. The project is being developed by the company Reside Development, and at present the development is at the foundation stage, with around a quarter of the flats already sold. The concept is based on energy-efficient architecture featuring panoramic windows, which reduces running costs whilst creating a sense of space.
