Lomora Group

Lomora Group — a property developer operating in the coastal property sector in Batumi. The company made a name for itself with a club-style project Portofino Club Residence on the seafront of Novy Boulevard, where the development concept centres on three key values: proximity to the sea, privacy and the rarity of such locations on the market. Rather than large-scale, multi-storey developments, Lomora Group is focusing on a more intimate format — 36 residences in a seven-storey building — which helps to preserve the feel of a private club rather than mass housing.
