Renovation Group — a young property development company, founded in 2023 and specialising in residential property development in Georgia’s coastal towns. Despite having only recently entered the market, the company has already made a name for itself with a block of flats project at 8 Konstantina Leselidze Street in Kobuleti, offering buyers urban-style accommodation by the Black Sea.
