Travelinn — a property developer headquartered in Adjara, specialising in the development of exclusive holiday properties in the Batumi area. The company was founded in 2018 and, since then, has focused on the ‘club house’ format, where the number of residences is limited and the facilities are geared towards private holidays rather than mass tourism. The flagship project — Travel Inn Club House in Gonio — a ten-storey building comprising just 40 flats, situated 400 metres from the sea.
