Project Green Gardens realised by the developer Green Gardens Batumi LLC with the support of the Bank of Georgia ($1.4 million investment) and Anagi Construction Company - one of the oldest contractors in the country, founded in 1989. The complex is located at 23 Eugenia Mikeladze Street in the Airport area, just 5-7 minutes away from New Boulevard and the beach, and the international airport is 15 minutes away on foot. The architectural project was designed by Leri Gogichaishvili and is executed in the style of modern minimalism: asymmetrical facades in a neutral colour scheme, panoramic glazing, open balconies with glass enclosures and vertical landscaping of blank walls.

The village comprises 16 two and three storey villas with a total area of 218 to 316 m² and a ceiling height of 3 metres.
